Biography: Tanushree hails from Jamshedpur, Bihar. Well, she is an Commerce graduate and has studied in Bombay based Brihan Maharashtrian College. Tanushree in her early days had worked with Oracle Institute for 3 months in event management and market survey and report making, she was even a stage artist, doing concerts in various parts of India as well as abroad (Dubai).
Then she went on to participate in Femina Miss India contest, which she managed to win too in. She was also crowned Miss Confidence and Miss Beautiful Smile in the contest.
So when she participated in Miss World, she ended up amongst the 10 ten finalists.
In the year 2006, was when she started her film career withChocolate. However, the film did not do well at the box-office, but tanushree has managed to do a lot of films and has already acted in 'Aashiq Banaya Aapne', '36 China Town', & 'Risk' and has also done a dance number in 'Bhagam Bhaag'
